Team Category RequirementS:

Employee Teams

  • Must include at current BNSF employee, a BNSF retiree, or an immediate family member, any combination of the 3 will qualify as a “BNSF” team.

  • “BNSF” teams compete for the prestigious traveling trophy, in addition to all other prizes and awards.

Social Teams

  • Open to any three friends or colleagues who want to join the fun.

2026 Player Registration Form

$600 per team. Registration includes both days of golf and dinner after the first round for each golfer and their plus 1.

Event overview

Dates: August 4th-5th , 2026

Format:

  • 72 three-person teams across 18 holes a day, with A and B groups starting on each hole.

Purpose:

  • Tee off for a great cause while enjoying a weekend of golf, camaraderie, and giving back to the BNSF community!
